Pick up and Delivery
When placing your order, we will prepare your goods for personal pickup at our location in Rohatce, Czech Republic. We will inform you once your order has been prepared and is ready for pick up. If you are unable to collect your order in person, you can also arrange transport to your preferred delivery location. During checkout, you can choose from either DHL or DPD and book the pick up and delivery to your country. The pick up and delivery via DHL or DPD is requested by the customer. Beerdome.cz will handle the pickup on the customer's behalf by preparing the packages for transport and hand them over to the courier company on the customer's behalf. If you would like to arrange a different courier or logistics company for the pick up, please choose "personal pick up" during checkout and contact us to agree on the pick up date and time.
Personal pick up at our premises in Rohatce, Czech Republic, is possible Mondays - Fridays 08:00 - 18:00 after agreement. Please wait for our confirmation email stating that your order is ready to be picked up. Pick up arranged by the customer through a courier or logistics company is possible Mondays - Thursdays 08:00 - 18:00. Please note that due to the fact that packages picked up on Fridays would only be transported to a courier depot and stay there over the weekend, we do not accept courier pick ups on Fridays. This is to ensure that your beers arrive fresh and do not stay in a courier depot for too long. Unpasteurized beers from smaller breweries can be picked up by courier services only on Mondays. Orders for these beers must be placed by Thursday 12:00 the previous week. We get these beers from the breweries once per week on Fridays based on the orders we have received. Beers that fall under this category will have this information in their product description.
Please make sure that you familiarize yourself with the customs and excise duty policies and fees of the country that you would like your order to be transported to. Beerdome.cz is not liable for any customs charges that may occur. The customer orders the pick up from the Czech Republic and transport to the delivery country and is therefore responsible and liable for any customs or excise duty fees.
The maximum weight of one package is 30 kilograms. If your order weighs more than 30 kilograms, we will split the order into two packages. This will occur additional transport costs which will be calculated at check out.
Security of your packages is of high importance to us. We will make sure that your items are securely packaged using high quality packaging material. If you have received your order with a broken item / items, please contact us by email on: email@example.com with photos of the damaged item. We will contact you with suggestions to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund or offering a replacement. We normally respond to queries within 24 hours.
We accept returns only for unused items in its original packaging. If would you like to return an item, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with returns instructions. We will issue a refund on your payment after the goods have been returned to us and inspected.
