Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped, depending on the product type, via PPL, DPD or Czech Post. You will be informed once your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects and we use sufficient packaging material to secure your items.
We ship alcoholic beverages to European Union countries only. We do not ship alcoholic beverages to outside of the EU. We do ship our other products (glasses, merchandise and others) to Europe, the United States and Canada. Please note that the buyer bears the cost of any potential customs charges (you will be notified by the carrier or customs if that is the case) .
The maximum weight of one package is 30 kilograms. If your order weighs more than 30 kilograms, we will split the order into two packages. This will occur additional shipping costs which will be calculated at check out.
Security of our packages is of high importance to us. We will make sure that your items are securely packaged using high quality packaging material. If you have received your order with a broken item / items, please contact us by email on: firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged item. We will contact you with suggestions to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund or offering a replacement. We normally respond to queries within 24 hours.
We accept returns only for unused items in its original packaging. If would you like to return an item, please send email to email@example.com and we will get back to you with returns instructions. We will issue a refund on your payment after the goods have been returned to us and inspected.
